Kal has been helping underdog clients for longer than he'd like to admit. As founder of KSL, he established one of the first independent media services in the US. Kal has now grown his own company by helping to grow his clients´ companies for nearly three decades.
Hank Cohen, Chief Executive Officer
Hank is a media and client services pro who built KSL Los Angeles into one of the largest media service companies on the west coast. Over time, Hank has helped cultivate KSL to where we are today — the second largest (but most hungry) independent media service company in the US.
David Sklaver, President
David is a marketing/advertising pro who has spent a career running large full service agencies as well as being an entrepreneur in the mobile marketing space. His passion for KSL is to combine the knowledge of client needs, customer behavior and media opportunities into a world class integrated media services company.
Russell Dean, CFO/COO
Russell Dean is a financial expert who brings a wealth of advertising and media management experience to KSL. Previously, Dean held CFO positions for buying and planning agencies in integrated marketing communications and entertainment. With a strong background in corporate financial planning and strategy, Dean operates with utmost efficiency and adds a high level of business and financial acumen to KSL Media.
Michael Oddi, Chief Marketing Officer
Mike brings over 25 years of marketing, advertising, brand and direct response expertise to KSL, complemented by a background in consumer profiling and analytics. Mike oversees all marketing and new business efforts at KSL and leads the team in doing what we do best for our clients, which is to show them how to define, reach, acquire and retain their best customers using a variety of innovative media solutions.
Steven Kaufman, Executive Vice President of Integrated Media
Steven joins KSL Media as a customer acquisition expert. Previously, Steven held senior positions at various media companies, where he grew leadership roles in the demand side platform space, helped to build and run agency search engine marketing practices and planned direct marketing campaigns for clients. Steven is a founding board member of 212, the NY interactive ad club and he has been a keynote speaker at numerous industry events.
Richard Birt, Senior Vice President, Director of Customer Analytics and Insights
Richard has been helping clients deepen their customer relationships for three decades. He has worked with over 250 clients around issues of database marketing and CRM. At KSL, he is putting together a new framework to provide cost-effective analytics to mid market companies.
Dayle Siegel, Senior Vice President, Direct Response Media Manager
Dayle joined KSL Media in 2007 to head the direct response department. Over the years Dayle has developed DR programs for several companies, including Countrywide, Blue Cross of California, Telebrands, Lava Life, Bargain Network and SMC. Dayle has formed strong relationships with cable, syndication and local broadcast reps.
Liz Kelly, Executive Vice President, Director of Broadcast
Liz is a veteran media buyer who began here in 1981. Since then, Liz has had increasing responsibilities and titles at numerous agencies and has worked on hundreds of campaigns for top brands. In leading “Hybrid Buying” Liz is able to cross-utilize KSL’s team of buyers in order to better serve clients with the benefits of this buying strategy.
Matt Greenfield, Senior Vice President, Director of Client Services
A 15+ year veteran of media, full service agency and client-side marketing roles, Matt oversees the strategic client relationships at KSL Media handled out of the Los Angeles office. The core of Matt’s expertise is founded on analytics and is solidified through accountability. Understanding who your best customers are, how best to acquire and retain them, and ensuring that ROI objectives are met and exceeded is his primary philosophy from which all compelling media and marketing strategies come from.
