She succeeds Nicole Portwood, who resigned, the agency said. Ms. Andrews had been a vice president at MediaCom, New York, part of the GroupM unit of WPP, where she managed the Diageo account.

Bacardi awards planning and buying work to KSL
Bacardi USA, whose brands include Bacardi rum, Grey Goose vodka and Bombay Sapphire gin, has selected KSL Media to manage all of its media planning and buying services.
The companies have worked together since 2004, said David Sklaver, president of KSL. However, certain accounts, namely Bacardi rum and Dewars, were handled by Universal McCann, he said.

KSL Goes 'Hybrid,' Reorganizes TV Buying Around DR Model

NEW YORK, NY - KSL Media in New York has been named to handle three assignments.
The Borders Group in Ann Arbor, Mich., named KSL to handle media planning and buying, with spending estimated at $15 million. The assignment had been handled by Crispin Porter & Bogusky in Miami, which continues to handle the creative account.
Western Union in Greenwood Village, Colo., owned by the First Data Corporation, named KSL to handle national television buying, previously handled by MindShare, part of the WPP Group, which continues to handle media planning. Spending was estimated at $30 million.
Turtle Wax in Chicago named KSL to handle media planning and buying, with spending estimated at $10 million. Those duties had been handled by Horizon Media.
